You’re still really young so a big reason you’re not seeing great results yet is beacause you haven’t matured physically yet. But be careful! Lifting too much heavy weights before you’r done growing can stunt your growtha nd leave yo short!

    you’re too young
you may harm your back and not be able to do such hard excercise in your life
that happened to a friend in high school he now only does cardio and some push ups
but if you were like 17 or 18 you will be able to see results in 3 months

well here’s my info it may help you alot.
    age:14
    height:5’5
    sex:male
    race:Mexican
misc: i do sports everyday, i eat protein 4-5 times a day , never over eat, or eat until you are full,
work out 4 times a week, no more, kids your age seem to over due things like that, but a kid that works out 7 times a week will not gain even more muscle than a kid that does 4.
do 10-12 reps every work out, while the protein helps you build the muscle as long as the work outs.
i have a very muscular athletic body, 6pack, big arms, legs (etc.) need more info please contact, @ street_kang@yahoo.com
